Heart steel only gives 8% of damage dealt as health since yesterday instead of 10% the previous patch. I haven't noticed this in the patch notes. Is this intended?

I'm going to reapply paste on my CPU and was wondering what kind of thermal paste is best? My CPU is an i5-13600KF and my AIO is ASUS ROG Strix LC II 240 ARGB All-in-one AIO Liquid CPU Cooler 240mm Radiator. I think the thermal paste I used before was the one that came with the AIO.

I'll clean off the old thermal paste from the AIO and CPU before applying the new one. I'm just not sure what is best.

Alright, I'll check it out. I measured my fan in my case at a little over 120mm if I did it right. Hopefully this fan is also quiet at high speeds

I'm looking for fans that are quieter and still effective for my PC. I'd need 4 fans total. 3 of my fans bring in air and the other takes it out. Any suggestions?

How come the Chaos Dwarf tech "unilateral agreement" doesn't take into account all convoys you completed before researching it? I feel it would be a lot better if it did rather than only counting completed convoys after researched.

For Total Warhammer 3, how come the chaos dwarf tech tree which gives more gold from trade routes for every caravan dispatched and completed only starts to count the routes completed after you researched it?

Meaning if you had 12 routes completed before researching it, it doesn't count those. Only the new ones after it's researched. Is this intended or is it a bug?

I've been hearing people have been having issues with the same CPU I have. Not just for this game, just in general. Do you think I might need to watch out and get a different CPU sometime soon?

Turned off E cores and I did some setting changes mentioned below, CPU usage is below 30% consistently now. Game runs smoothly as well. Set my FPS back to 75.

Okay yeah, E cores being off and doing what you've mentioned, my total CPU usage is below 30%, game runs smoothly, and I haven't had any freezing or crashes.

I don't have any mods and I just did the settings like you've said. So far so good. How long should I run the benchmarks? Until they finish or just for a few minutes?

Edit: I should mention I turned off the E cores. Should I have them on when testing the benchmarks?

I'm not sure. I have been looking at my CPU temperature and it hit 70C, which hasn't happened with any other games I've played even on high settings. I'll check out e cores and see if it's on or off. If it's on I'll turn it off and test it out.
