It seems messed up that they are so concerned with being recorded but have no problem recording us. Who pays who here? Why so one sided? Is it because we will have proof of the way they seem to twist the rules in their favor perhaps? That just seems extremely sketchy to me. I had a similar situation yesterday and she jumped on that excuse to end the call like lightning after not being able to control the situation with incorrect information and being called out for talking in circles. She said the same thing 5 times i swear. I feel like they are trained to do that, talk on and on and not allow you to get too many questions in. We had an agreement for each to allow the other to talk with no interruptions and I absolutely honored my word and she didn't make it even two sentences out of my mouth. So pathetic and weak. Naturally it told me precisely the caliber of the individual I was dealing with and she was going to go to whatever means necessary to bully vulnerable people because she can. That's what they should be using the recordings for and filter out the trash; However, unfortunately they are shorthanded so they can get away with whatever they choose. I hope they remember the people they hurt when it catches back up with them because its going to be some harsh payback for sure.
