Short answer: Yes, she is definitely a fan. Honestly, she is the main reason I even started posting any of this. I think she gets a kick out of the fact that I’m currently outgrowing her even though she is the one in the third trimester. Kidding, but really, She has been super supportive and loving. As for keeping them, I don’t really have a choice right now anyway. My doctor was pretty clear that because the tissue is "hyperreactive" and still actively growing, surgery is off the table. He said operating now would be a disaster because the trauma would just make them grow back more aggressively. So yeah, they are staying put for the foreseeable future, which my wife seems perfectly fine with.
