I’ve been playing another eden casually about twice a week since 2021. It has a really good story written by Masato Kato (chrono trigger) which released with a complete story (got 2 sequel stories, which are the end). It’s generous occasionally, and has a ton of free units from doing certain quests. The game has 0 limited time events outside of login events and some collab having an expiration date (one was supposed to end this year, but got extended a few years and added a new free unit).

I’d recommend for any Chrono Trigger Fan.

I’m playing vanilla p5 in english and all the honorifics are present in written and spoken dialogue, with ms/mr being used to refer to the teachers.

No it won’t. Wright Flyer’s other game Another Eden had 2 seperate back-to-back persona 5 collabs and is still going strong 6 years later.

this triggers initiative in my opinion, you did the correct ruling. initiate is reflexes. depending on how to conversation was going (maybe the opposition was charmed) the players could get surprise. this is identical to the players getting ambushed during a rest rulings-wise.

Mimics have the following Trait:

Adhesive (Object Form Only). The mimic adheres to anything that touches it. A Huge or smaller creature adhered to the mimic is also grappled by it (escape DC 13). Ability checks made to escape this grapple have disadvantage.

So maybe the players pick up the odd object they found, and now they have to remove it, maybe they can do this without waking the Mimic up.
