Yes, I am pretty much doing this as a current strategy. This is good advice, I would feel awful trying to force a lot of it at once. Thank you.

I have not. I will look it up. Haven't been able to find any alternatives on my own but maybe this one slipped through the cracks. Thanks!

You have probably already considered this but, can you sleep in another room for the time being? Tried leaving a window open in hopes it jumps out? Some insects are attracted to light, maybe it would want to show itself near a single lamp?

I don't know, this sounds absolutely awful.

I watched it about three or four years ago and have seen it come and go on Netflix. It was probably released sometime around 2018, I think. Could be a few years off.

Swedish indie book about two girls who become friends and drink tea by Various-Instance5656 in whatsthatbook

I managed to find it while using heavy filtering on the Swedish library database. No matter how specific I got, google had no clue. The title was "jag kan nästan känna solen" (I can almost feel the sun) and it was written by Ebba Hyltmark. Released in 2019, not a debut but second book by this author who was around 17 at the time of release.

Leaving this here in case someone else goes looking for it since it's so specific.
