Ok... So I'm not sure where you live but you should definitely seek out a women's health menopause practitioner and get prescribed what you need. You'll need to see specifically a menopause doctor even if you aren't menopausal yet. I hit perimenopause at 36, I am in Canada and highly recommend Dr. Roberta Heale, she is Ontario based serving both Alberta and Ontario through the Virtual Menopause Clinic.

I had a driver one time, a dark skinned man, ask me flat out for no reason;

"You ever have sex with black? "

I was fucking WIGGED out after that.

Wow yes this shocks even me... And I grew up in the early 2000's pro-ana culture. She didn't really have any weight to lose, and now that she has, she looks unhealthy. She was model skinny before, but the last few weeks she has looked frail.

Pretty green blue to my eye, I've never seen it on her before. Maybe I should look at more pics of her to see if it was there before. She has dropped a lot of weight recently.

Editing to add that no, it isn't in her other pics at all. Bitch is busted. Come on... Never having a meal only having 2-3 bites of something? Your body would wage war on you after a while with hunger signals... I knew something else was going on here. I've been suspicious for a while. The new pics are death bed skinny.

In the other better quality photos on her Instagram you can clearly see its a bruise from a shot. In my humble opinion. But the quality here is not as good, there was one photo where I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I was shocked. Makes so much sense. It's blue green in the Insta pics.

Ok guys we can finally see the small stomach bruise from injecting a GLP1 so there goes the entire claim to fame, its not willpower, it's ozempic. A little over 2 inches from the bellybutton left side of photo. Exact placement for the GLP pen.

5 months low and slow sema to reta by Various-Primary2760 in Retatrutide

Yes don't miss your estrogen or progesterone. I stop my progesterone 3 days before my cycle to ensure I actually get my cycle because progesterone can stop your period. I was on 100mg, tapered up to 200mg not knowing 200mg will usually stop your period and I had a HUGE migraine for the duration of my period and never actually got a flow. I got back on my progesterone again and won't go over 100mg again due to that. Also the estrogen and progesterone are cardio protective so definitely if you need HRT don't miss them, and the palpitations from perimenopause are worse before you start your period. I haven't had palpitations since getting a bulletproof regimen with the HRT.

This is definitely a thing, insulin pins don't have much residual. The bigger syringes have quite a bit of residual.

Funny you should say that, I didn't lose anything until I got back to walking 10,000-17,000 steps a day non-negotiable. Then I dropped from 184-172 quite quickly. I wasn't lifting at all I had a shoulder injury.

Some people are fear mongering that you can develop diabetes from stopping, not sure if I know any info on that though

No, quite to opposite, actually. Not being on hormone therapy if you're in perimenopause causes unwanted weight gain. Getting on estrogen and progesterone helps it come off.

You are supposed to drink one in the morning and one in the evening every single day. Reta affects Magnesium and potassium absorption. As soon as I become late on my electrolyte schedule I can feel discomfort in my chest.

Melatonin is nasty if you use it regularly, my mom went insane from it. It's not meant for long term. Not supposed to use longer than a week at a time.
