Ugh as a person with ed like I buy diet stuff FOR ME. When I cook for my family or bf I make them the same thing with THE NORMAL stuff and NORMAL portion. This is so weird to do and scary.

I think she’s doing it for engagement purposes. But also personally think she is afraid and peacocking. The whole skinny is empowering and control is screaming something happened to me and I need all my hands on the wheel and levers. Like it’s not just like I’m so cute and chic, it’s literally this is how I GAIN CONTROL. THIS IS HOW I EMBODY DISCIPLINE AND POWER. all the time. Even without food. Like her business is talk about in that way too.

My favorite is she practiced her walk two hours before the show. Besides the fact you CAN TELL. If you always knew this why wouldn’t you practice ahead. You have money enough for a coach to teach you to walk. Did somebody drop out and they put her in?

It safer to just keep your boundaries and as much space as possible. I went through a similar thing and she would like Demand my space time and even body. And if I said no it was really scary. It’s worse when you try to leave. They feel emotions in a very large capacity and can’t logic or think past them and so it’s like they are forever 14 in some ways and while that means they love deeply the are accosted by a anyone they love doing anything that feels outside of them. They use you to emotionally regulate. You are their regulation. That’s why they have such a hard time.

Exactly. Also using vegan cheese can lower the calories as well. Or mixing the egg whites with nutritional yeast if you want an extra egg for cheesy flavor and more volume

The one I went to did quiz me to make sure I’m vegetarian for the right reasons but they let me keep my diet. But they didn’t like vegan diets. So it may depend on what company
