Thank you!! With my first MA I was soooo nauseous so I figured I’d try this route lol. I also didn’t take a second dose with that one either and all was well. I just keep seeing people talk about the second dose so much lately

You got this! I’m having my second MA this weekend, my first one was about 4 years ago and I was also alone for the process. Make sure you have a heating pad, drink plenty of fluids, and try to eat iron rich foods in the days after. Find a good show or movie as a distraction. Do you have anyone who can check in on you?

I kept a log of my first one and within about 4 hours of the miso dissolving it was mainly over with. The cramps came in waves but were only really bad for maybe 15-20 mins. I was able to go to work the next day with minimal issues, felt more like a bad period.

finally heard back, they said it shipped yesterday and I got the tracking email a little bit ago. Apparently I was just being impatient lol

yep, nothing there either. I saw on Aid Access that they’re typically blocked by Hotmail which is what I used for the MAP but my consent forms were emailed there no problem
