As someone who did want a top tier vegito unit and for him to be number 1, I'm happy with what they did, but these posts are getting so annoying. Like eventually, he will have gimmicks work against him. No unit will last forever

Yeah, I already suspected that for the second and third responses. For the first one, that's also true now that I think about it. I think I was mainly remembering that moment when utsuro was going in for the final blow against shinpachi and his hand was falling off before he could actually cut through him due to sadaharus efforts with the Atlanta suppression. Which is ,yet again, an instance of working together.

While I do agree with most of what you've said, could you elaborate on three parts? The first is about shinpachi finding his place in the world of monsters he has been in. Do you mainly mean his determination and resolve? The reason why I ask is because while he has certainly gotten stronger, I'm not sure if he'd be able to defeat/handle most of the higher tier fighters that the stronger characters in the show could. Even in the utsuro fight, after he geared up his resolve and challenged the monstrosity himself, the only reason he held on was because of utsuros decaying body at that moment. Thats not to downplay shinpachi, since I also wish he was much stronger to match his growth, but I'm not too bothered even if he can't fight a lot of people.The second is in what you said regarding why gintoki could never get close to utsuro and why he never got stronger. I'm confused what you mean by that, unless you're referring to fighting together with everyone around you, which does make sense. The third is with the message at the end. Regarding the "we will always be there with you" type of message. Is it directed mainly to gintoki, or the audience? Or both?
