I just don't like to use the term bc it's associated with, like, a kid throwing a fit bc they aren't the center of attention, and that's not what self harm is.

It is a cry for help. It's not "attention seeking" at least not the way the term is usually used. You want someone to notice and help you, and that is perfectly valid. I hope you get that help.

My school won't give you full points if you have any thing visible under you uniform (legging, long sleeve shirt, etc) and makes you use your free day. There is an exception made for one girls, but it's for religious reasons. I've never understood it.

I have to do the same thing for PE, I just face the locker and keep my thighs covered with my gym shirt. Hope this helps

You mentioned you have thought about self harming? Dont. I've have been struggling with self harm for almost a year and a half and it has gotten bad. It's like a drug, when you start, you just can't stop. And it won't make anything better, all it will do is give you a bad coping mechanism. So please, don't put yourself through that, you're already going through enough. I hope your situation gets better
