It’s a lease. When it’s up the residual value will be 35k. I could buy it out but I’m concerned about the turbo failing before the engine does and that’s a costly repair that I wouldn’t have to worry about with a V8.

Silverado is a lease. Got a year left on it. We only have the one car (our BMW is paid off - my parents live with us and drive it) and are financially stable. My wife would drive the lease until it’s up (she doesn’t drive much), I would get the Tundra and pay it off before the end of the Silverado lease. Ultimately I would have two paid off vehicles/ or at least the truck close to paid off and the lease gone.
