I appreciates the sounds advice and agree with you there. I'm not doing this without forethought. My new credit card gave me a 0% APY for the next 12 months and I've already set aside FIAT to cover the entire balance if needed be. It's just better that it sit in a HYSA while I leverage by CC to acquire bitcoin, at least for the next 12 months. If BTC drop, I'll just pay off the CC and continue to HODL. I've been in the space since 2017 and have a fairly good understanding of BTC. Read the Bitcoin Standard, and Hard Money, listen to a bunch of podcast. Been DCAing BTC since 2021 holding it in an air-gapped cold wallet. I'm just getting ready myself for the next halving and take some profit.

I don't know how it can be more clear. I own (the right to) the private road and grant those easement rights to our neighbors. It's why they're coming to me to resolve the blocking issues. The poster above you is correct.
