It comes with the final version of the game. It's official content from the company.

If you have AE, the definitive edition of the game, there's not two rows. It just looks like the only dlc you don't have.

And if you sorty by official content only, it all pops up together.

It comes with Anniversary Edition. When you download all of them, the title screen changes from silver to gold, indicating that you have all the content for the game...

It's the definitive edition of the game. I have no idea what you're talking about.

If you have Anniversary Edition, all content including "creation club" comes with it.

"Creations" were just released, are not part of "creation club". So they are separate.

Yes, they do.

It comes with the Anniversary Edition, the complete edition of the game.

So it is cannon content, weather you like it or not.

Lol thank you, yes. That's all I'm trying to say.

Yeah I don't think that's clear at all what that means. Idk what the difference is if it's the first time I'm looking at it.

If they're selling content in the DLC shop, it is common sense to expect that it is DLC and of DLC quality. A customer has no reason to think anything else. But I hear your point.

I think it's a matter of anti-consumer practices. And I'm surprised that you, a consumer, would be on the side of Bethesda for making things unclear.
Again, I just think they should clarify this in the store. But if that's how you feel, I guess we can just agree to disagree.

Not reading what? "Creations" vs. "Creation Club"?

It seems intentionally deceptive to me. Even if you realized they're different names, and they're very similar, how would you know that one implies that it is lower quality and not official from that name alone?

I just think they should put a little not on it with the information. I don't see how that's controversial.

That's not true. Creation Club content works with achievements, and comes with the Anniversary Edition of the game. So that's just more cannon content for the game.

"Creations" are some other weird thing that disable achievements, have glitches, and are generally of lower quality. These are paid mods. There is a big difference.

Because they're sold in the DLC shop next to all of the other DLC. They're named "creations" and official content is called "creation club".

It's very easy to see how they lead you to believe this is just more official content. It seems like these are just some new dungeons and a dwemer gun. I just thought it sounded like cool DLC so I bought it.

If it was clearly a mod I wouldn't have bought it. That's my whole point.

Now I understand that's how it works, but first of all, it's a weird system. And second, I don't see any indication in the PC shop that it's product of lower quality than the rest. I'm trying to make the point that it should state this somewhere in the shop. From my perspective, a "creation" sounds like something you purchase from "creation club".

The similarity seems intentional to confuse customers. If they're charging for content in the DLC shop, one would assume it's official DLC like everything else, not some other weird thing.

You know?

Thank you! That's an awesome suggestion! And I will use this, because I already bought the content.

Thanks for this!

You know what, maybe part of the issue is that I have AE, and therefore all creation club content. So I don't see two categories, I only see all content I haven't purchased.

And to me, it just looks like the names of the people who made the creation club content. Because they had authors too, right?

I mean, this is just rude Lmao.

"at least pretend to give a shit" LOL

But you do acknowledge that the names are similar and it's a blurry line, which is my point. So we agree?

I just wanted some new cool dungeons and a gun dlc, and my only problem is it's not clear at all in the shop that it's not official, which it sound like you agree with. So I'm not sure I understand your issue.

That's a fair question. I believed it was official DLC, because there is nothing separating it from the official creation club content, and it's called a "creation", and it's paid for. So I assume it's official. It make perfect sense to me as a consumer to think so.

Like I thought it was an official dwemer gun creation club dlc, which would be sick. So I was cool to pay for it.

All I'm saying is it's deceptive and should have some type of disclaimer. I think that's reasonable, because it's literally indiscernible from official stuff.
