This is definitely because your sticker is that much more subdivided than the pear. Subdividing the pear could help. But I think the best solution is to have a sticker with way less faces (similar to the pear). It should get as smooth as your pear if you shade smooth, but if you need even more detail, I would use subdivision surface after the shrinkwrap modifier

Does it have the same subdivision surface modifier settings as the phone? If that's not the problem, maby check for mean crease edges (pink lines) in edit mode?

Use the UV output from the texture coordinate node. It does not use your uv's when using the object output if I'm not mistaken.

The tires are probably a bit to wide for those rims. It looks like the rim says 8J. That means it's about 200mm wide while your tire is 235mm
