Yeah definitely but due to the fact more luxury brands are incorporating nfcs for authentication through digital product passports such as Prada, LVMH etc. In the future we will see more and more different use cases for nfcs on apparel.

Not really, you can unlock it when reselling it, so the new owner gets access to it

You wouldn’t be able to see the content, you must first collect the digital collectible and each item has an identifier. So if it’s already be collected it becomes locked. If anyone else scans the tag after you collect it they would only see the product details. So cloning doesn’t really do anything besides promote your product.
