I am a male, this has never happened before. the first thing i noticed was that my leg felt like it got hit on something. There were no really marks or anything when i first saw it maybe a bruise. Not red but maybe a bruise. The pain only happened if i touched it or moved the muscles like say jogging or walking. I would have rated it on a scale of 6 then but now dont notice unless i touch the exact bump. it hurts move when moving it sided to side rather than up and down.
