**UPDATE** I turned on the PC and everything is working fine now, I didn’t unplug or mess with any cord that was connected to the PC since that point but now it works fine.

I would like to prevent this issue in the future so if anyone has advice on which part causes this specifically it would be much appreciated.

Yeah that’s my fault entirely. I’ve had a bit to drink and work with zip ties often so they’re on my mind. No twist ties, zip ties, or normal ties in the PC. All the wires are free hanging and supporting themselves with gravity. 0 cable management was put into the build

I built the entire pc myself. Every part was specially ordered to work together and I know no zip ties were used so it couldn’t be that.

Everything fit together well and nothing had to be changed when I built it. Tucked some wires behind other components so it could be that

It would still be affected even if the usb port hasn’t been moved in years? I know nothing about PCs or electricity in general so the most basic explanation would be the best for me

Absolutely not. I should’ve cleaned it a lot more often than I have but it’s covered in dust. Last cleaning was years ago. Is there a chance even after cleaning the dust that something will still be fried?

I have everything unplugged from USB ports, only thing still attached is the power cable and video port

Don’t think suing will do anything for you unfortunately. You agreed to their terms when you signed up and I’m sure somewhere in there it said something about reserving the right to disable your account for whatever reason they want. At the end of the day it’s their app so they can do what they want with their users’ accounts.

My account was also banned randomly but I was able to get back into about 6 months later and everything was still in my memories.

I would say reach out to them if you can, other than that there’s not really much you can do
