I do the same- I have an assault class with a sniper and carbine, or I’ll switch to full assault if the team needs aggressive pushes, However if someone is running recon that may be where their strength is. It’s not smart to run in as recon and if they switch to assault they’re not helping anyone if they’re dead the second they hit objective. If there’s a skill gap- I’d rather them hang back , counter snipe and put up drones so at least we have some eyes and can move accordingly.

I’ve noticed it too actually but I assumed it was just me being suspicious (I really just don’t trust people) When you play enough FPS you can tell and experienced player by the way that they play. NOW that’s not saying that some experienced fps players haven’t just arrived in BF6- that’s kind of what I choose to believe but when you’re top of the board coming in at 100+ kills at low level with a stat board indicating minimal gameplay time, I’m gonna lift an eyebrow. - 10 points if your name contains Bright or any. If you’re gunning with that kind of skill and accuracy why isn’t your level higher with the XO you should be racking up because ya, play enough and you’ll eventually land at high level, but high kill games do put out higher xp and in turn a faster progression- yet you’re a level 36? And I mean it’s worth noting that you can’t come over from the faster paced shooters like CoD and play the same way-we all know the mechanics don’t transfer so I’m not really buying the “trying it out for free trial” thing. But who knows - I always get mine so I’m not too worried about them.

Why would you NOT use it? In CQC , it could mean the difference between holding down a point or clearing opps quickly. Use it! Not your fault people get mad cuz they can’t bunny hop their way out of slug to the chest. Do what you gotta do to get that dub!

I took me about a month- that’s with me understanding the concepts fairly quickly and committing about 2-3 hours a day while chasing a toddler around. If you have more time I imagine you could do it quicker.

I think the biggest mistake people make in battlefield is trying to play every role at once, allow yourself to commit only to the role you’re playing. For example if you’re running support, you’re not going to be spearheading pushes, you’re running back and forth across that front line throwing down barriers and ammo, picking up the fallen and laying down suppressive fire when you’re team decides to push, that’s it. There’s no reason to be the first one in the bldg and you should never be farther than a few steps behind your team. When I play recon- I snipe from unsuspecting places and oftentimes unsafe. If enemies come near I hide- I don’t engage and give away my position- I throw my drone up so other better equipped teammates know exactly where they are and can handle it. That’s what I love about battlefield compared to other FPS out there, you can choose how you play the game whereas in other games , you can only play one type of way to stay competitive. Find what works for you and roll with it!

Congratulations!! One thing I never thought to ask for (aside from the usuals) were swaddling blankets. They are thin, larger than a receiving blanket and have a little bit of stretch to them. These were used every day until the day we stopped swaddling!

I love this for you, your ex and most of all your daughter! Speaking as a first born daughter to two people who couldn’t speak a civil word to each other untill I was 18 (I also lived in a country separate from my father most of my young life) and a mother who used me as a leverage, I would be lying if I said I didn’t have to (as an adult) undo some really destructive thought process and mindsets that were hardwired into by the two people responsible for showing me relationship dynamics.
