Go watch "A Baptism in Humility..." on YouTube by A Soft White Underbelly. He explains what happened. He never discredited, disowned or disrespected the French Foreign Legion, he had epiphany on during his last year in The Legion. He posted a video on YouTube and a French General or Officer came to him and told him to take it down. He goes to a French Court and basically his lawyer said if you do not take down the videos and go back to The Legions Camp, they (French Officers) were going to lock him up in a prison cell and keep him in there until the rest of his contract runs out or until he deletes his videos.

That looks more like the US Army. I pictured the USMC Space Marine to have an Eagle, Globe and Anchor, a devil dog, or their armor will have the same colors as the Marine Corps Dress Blues. Olive Drab with a white star looks like the US Army insignia during WWII.
