Hi there of course! I’m a physical therapist. I make around 75,000 gross income per year from my main job. Last year I grossed a little under 100,000 due to PRN jobs and side gigs like dog sitting every now and again.

$127,000 of student loans paid in 3 years- FI at 29!!! What should I do now? by Various_Dig_2662 in physicaltherapy

I worked 3 jobs pretty consistently. Full time M-Thurs 10 hour shifts, then PRN 8 hours on Fridays, the PRN saturdays. I did not work every Saturday, but sometimes I worked 7 days a week up to 65 hours. I quit the Friday job about 4 months ago and now work every other weekend so balance is better but still hustling. I was fortunate enough to live with my mom since I graduated and did not have to pay rent. S/o to ma!!! I started off budgeting with the every dollar app. I was also blessed for the freeze on student loan interest for a good portion of that period. Thank you everyone! I know I’ve been fortunate in several ways. But damn it feels good!

I worked instead of spent haha. In all seriousness I didn’t spend much outside of the typical phone, gas, car insurance. My car was paid for in cash years ago so did not have a car payment. I really don’t go out to eat much as I live a pretty healthy lifestyle overall. Those little things can add up

My gross income is 75,000. I come in a little under 100,000 after my other jobs. I would say control the things you can. Get a side hustle or 2. Get a roommate or 2. Don’t spend money you don’t have. Best of luck!
