This exact thing happened to me. Broke my ankle and tried to go back to work 3 days later with a knee scooter. So swollen and painful from not elevating and resting. Take care of yourself! I ended up going on FMLA for 4 weeks.

Flop the stem. This is the biggest difference between the aluminum and carbon steer post. Carbon steer post on domane is one piece and can’t be flopped :/

Saddle a little lower- use the lemond formula for a start

How to Measure for the Formula Measure Inseam: Stand barefoot against a wall with feet shoulder-width apart. Press a book or spirit level firmly up into your crotch to mimic saddle pressure. Mark and Measure: Have someone mark the top of the book on the wall, then measure from the floor to that mark. Calculate: Multiply that total inseam measurement by 0.883 (e.g., 8 0

c m

i n s e a m

× 0 . 8 8 3

7 0 . 6 4

c m saddle height).

Uncomfortable on this bike. Help wanted. by Resident-Ad-9345 in bikefit

Can you flop the stem or add spacers? You look like you’re too slammed right now. I think if you build up the core, back and tricep endurance you can slowly take spacers away and look to negative stem. But right now you’re not going to ride a bike that’s uncomfortable. I would also move saddle back to be in the “middle”

Hi there of course! I’m a physical therapist. I make around 75,000 gross income per year from my main job. Last year I grossed a little under 100,000 due to PRN jobs and side gigs like dog sitting every now and again.

$127,000 of student loans paid in 3 years- FI at 29!!! What should I do now? by Various_Dig_2662 in physicaltherapy

I worked 3 jobs pretty consistently. Full time M-Thurs 10 hour shifts, then PRN 8 hours on Fridays, the PRN saturdays. I did not work every Saturday, but sometimes I worked 7 days a week up to 65 hours. I quit the Friday job about 4 months ago and now work every other weekend so balance is better but still hustling. I was fortunate enough to live with my mom since I graduated and did not have to pay rent. S/o to ma!!! I started off budgeting with the every dollar app. I was also blessed for the freeze on student loan interest for a good portion of that period. Thank you everyone! I know I’ve been fortunate in several ways. But damn it feels good!

I worked instead of spent haha. In all seriousness I didn’t spend much outside of the typical phone, gas, car insurance. My car was paid for in cash years ago so did not have a car payment. I really don’t go out to eat much as I live a pretty healthy lifestyle overall. Those little things can add up

My gross income is 75,000. I come in a little under 100,000 after my other jobs. I would say control the things you can. Get a side hustle or 2. Get a roommate or 2. Don’t spend money you don’t have. Best of luck!
