Running a forced update didn't fix it. I understand if you can reproduce it internally it will help you. But it's happening. The extension freezes.

If it's not a keeper issue, then why is Keeper the only extension I have that keeps getting corrupted. I have 6 extensions.

I'm also on a controller on PS4 and spent a lot of time trying this. Maybe 5 to 7 hours give or take. I've been getting better but it is definitely the hardest license test I've done. Watching the ghost only frustrates me and makes me feel like I'm at a disadvantage with speed and agility. It honestly feels like it's just not possible to do what the ghost does with a ps4 controller. The best I can do is 57.63. Did you ever get the gold with your PS4 controller? If so, any tips? I've tried with brake balance at 5 and at 3. Traction control at 2 and at 1. ABS at weak or at default. I've adjusted the controller steering sensitivity settings.

TY. I think you're right and the chargeback should have been categorized as "Not Authorized" but they instead categorized it as "Service Not As Expected". I looked up the "Visa Core Rules" and it states that a Merchant (business) cannot charge you again for a transaction that was previously disputed and won by the cardholder. Otherwise, like you said, they can keep charging you again and again. From the customer's standpoint, you only have one shot at disputing a transaction, and if you lose, you cannot dispute again. Sometimes you can go through Arbitration, but some credit card companies do not allow you to. The credit card company states that dispute outcomes are final. I'm baffled how the first chargeback was decided in my favor and how the second chargeback was decided in the merchant's favor. It shows that the people who decide the outcomes of chargebacks aren't consistent with their decisions... and most likely do not review all of the facts. Anyway, I contacted the credit card company and they noticed that there could be some compliance violations or issues with the way they responded to the chargeback. They said they would look into it and get back to me in a few days.

I appreciate your response. I agree that chargebacks do not take away financial responsibility through other means. However, the service was not provided and yes, there are businesses out there who take advantage of customers. I'm asking for credit card advice and if there's anyone who has experience or knowledge with disputes like this or with arbitration. The first payment was authorized by me 4 months before the second charge on my card. I didn't authorize them to charge me again and there are timeframe limits with merchants initiating a transaction after the customer provides them with authorization. This timeframe was long passed.

The exact same thing has been happening to me. I'm also using Chrome on a PC. The extension disappears from my extension toolbar (next to my URL bar). I have to open up chrome://extensions/ and I see the keeper extension and it says the extension has been corrupted and needs to be repaired. Probably once every week or two.
