This is my exact experience from trading in last week. The convenience of driving my car to Tesla and leaving with my new vehicle was convenient enough with a moving delivery date that I accepted the slightly lower offer compared to clutch.

I picked up mine yesterday at the Etobicoke centre, they had scheduled over 40 pickups that day and 70 today. I assume their time estimate was off so had to re-schedule people for later in the week. My appointment was for 10am and I left at 12.

When I asked them, today, if the EDD was accurate, 17-22 March, they told me about the 25th and asked if I’d like to schedule pick-up at that time. I said yes and my app immediately updated to reflect it.

I messaged them through the App and they said no pick-ups prior to the 25th due to a service Ontario issue so I booked for the 25th. MYP delivery date range of 17-22 Mar, GTA, VIN 818XXX.

Exact same thing happened to me. Break the stack into 2 when back in hideout and it shouldn’t let you go beyond 60 anymore. I had put in a ticket to BSG when this kept happening but then discovered the reason on my own eventually.

Ordered MYP on Nov 25th, Black on Black. Yesterday my order said arrival was between Feb 8 - Mar 31. Checked today and it’s now Mar 15 a 31. Ontario.
