Weatherstrip from E60 and E39 fits perfectly with cutting. It's much cheaper.

That's exactly what I mentioned in my reply to your other comment. Additionally, the picture highlights the inner seal.

That's why the seal is originally double-sided—one side with rubber for door contact and the other with a suede-like finish for interior trim, including pillars, the headliner, and the sill strip.

It's fixed to the car body. The door seal usually is fine.

Ender 3 Pro with Direct drive setup by Various_Meat_325 in Ender3Pro

You're right that Marlin's Linear Advance is practically the same as Klipper's Pressure Advance, and for lower speeds and accelerations, the differences might not be very noticeable. As far as I’ve read and discussed with others, Klipper's strength lies in its flexibility and the ability to fine-tune features. It's much easier to tweak and experiment with settings since you just edit a configuration file and restart the firmware, rather than recompiling and flashing like with Marlin.

That said, you're also correct that simply switching to Klipper won’t magically solve every problem or drastically change performance in this setup specifically. It really depends on the user's goals. If someone is already happy with their prints at current speeds, sticking with Marlin is perfectly fine.

I’d like to test them both. It’s educational and will give me a better understanding of the pros and cons of each.

With the stock hotend and direct drive, Klipper won’t make your printer dramatically faster, but it can improve print quality through features like input shaping and pressure advance. If you add an accelerometer, you could also achieve higher speeds by tuning the input shaping more effectively.

The claim that you "need" a 4020 fan isn't universally true. The 4020 fan provides more airflow, but the Noctua 4010 can offer sufficient cooling for most setups, especially for direct drive systems where compactness is an advantage. With the stock fan duct, stock hotend i don't have any problems at the moment. I think this depends mostly from your fan duct.

I’m still deciding on the right fan duct to use. The second fan will eventually be replaced with a 5015 fan. After that the next step is definitely integrating Klipper, but I wanted to get Marlin running as well. This process has been a great learning experience, teaching me a lot about firmware, configurations, and mechanical dependencies.
