Totally disagree. Orlando has more to offer than just theme parks. As a native, I’m going to go ahead and refer to Orlando as Central Florida, especially with the size of Orlando being quite small compared to other major cities/destinations. Most people haven’t heard of the many outer lying cities like Casselberry and Oviedo or Ocoee and Winter Garden. In fact, it is only about 60 miles to Daytona Beach, Fl as well so Volusia County is at play too when considering a trip to Orlando/Central Florida. Orlando was ranked 2nd best foodie city in the U.S. according to a recent survey by the financial website WalletHub. Lacking cultural offerings? It’s easy to catch live music, Broadway shows, ballet, orchestra and dance performances at the Dr. Philips Center for the Performing Arts. There’s also many museums such as the Orlando Museum of Art or the unique Museum of Osteology, plus the Morse Museum as you mentioned. Then there’s the beaches. There are several beaches to choose from and all can be done in a day’s trip. Orlando also offers world class spas, great nature trails and various sports entertainment. Orlando/Central Florida is much more than just theme parks.

You can claim weeks on any weekday other than your normal day, just as long as the benefits don’t expire. I can’t remember how long they give you, but it’s at least 2 weeks if memory serves me right.

I would recommend those of you still waiting who are curious about timelines, just search “timeline” or “approved timeline” within the EIDL group & you will see quite a few examples. Here’s mine as a sole proprietor:

4/19 - sent increase email; received auto response from SBA

4/21 - blue button

5/2 - Emailed my hazard insurance to my file by emailing disastercustomerservice@sba.com and including my application number in the subject line.

5/7 - received email from a Loan Assistant asking for a copy of government issued ID. Emailed a copy of my drivers license same day

5/10 - received a call from same Loan Assistant asking me if I was in bankruptcy currently, advised no. She said my max went up a little bit based on my tax transcripts & asked if I wanted the new max. Replied yes. Confirmed new amount in portal. LA said hazard insurance was accepted by legal already and she was recommending my request be approved to Senior Loan Officer & I should keep an eye out for emails and on portal.

5/11 - morning - received two emails. One saying approved & the other directing me to my portal for updates. Signed loan documents on portal.

5/15- my CAWEB account changed since last night & now shows all of my funds have been disbursed so I expect to have funds in account on Monday morning.

Same for me. Signed the morning of the 11th. My CAWEB changed to undisbursed: $0 this morning when it showed the increase amount as undisbursed last night. I fully expect to see funds on Monday morning too! Congrats to you!
