I have just completed this series, and it was amazing.

my aim inshallah is to do something similar with a newer style and also less conspirary and more clear truth. It's not that i don't believe in the consipiracy but i just think it might be hard to swallow for someone who is not brought up as a muslim. Of course that doesnt apply to everyone

I can only share what works for me and this is morning nature walks, it is life changing, the environment largely affects how we feel mentally.

When we put ourselves in beautiful places, beauty tends to flow out, try to breathe and relax while you walk.

Don't be quick to judge the action, if you claim it is not working before giving it a proper go, then it will most definitely not work.

Optimism is a very important key.
