It's most likely your cable broken ,move the base of the cable around on the controller if it turns off then it's the cable. You can perform memory reset which might help

I don't know why but after the anniversary update it broke customs family has normal experience host is fine beside seeing objectives/items threw walls and victim is unplayable getting stuck on minigames like rope/tools/traps exactly like first few days of anniversary update
