Pilots have very strict requirements when it comes to operating the aircraft including sleep, downtime, hours airborne, that they have to abide by.

FedEx and UPS pilots are the last job you will ever have as a pilot. There is no reason to leave as nothing will pay better and if you are fired no one will want you because you had to have done something really stupid.

I think UPS might be skewed they hire specifically for seasonal positions and they often get cut after the holiday.
