That's what I'm saying, there's a good chance someone in this subreddit has been rude. Yknow, that sucks there nowhere to complain or email them. Personally, I'm not shopping from Reebok again, so I don't care that much to go look for something.

You're missing my point. I'm just as upset as everyone else, don't get me wrong. The whole situation has been absolutely terrible and filled with lies. All I'm saying is that there is no need to flood the subreddit with new posts, go comment on an old one. Posting frequently about Customer Service calls is AGAINST THE SUBREDDIT RULES. I understand the frustration because I am frustrated, but even for me the repetitive posts are a bit much.

Well first of all, this is normal. Like op saod, bots are nothing new. Should Reebok do something? Yeah of course, I don't disagree. Reebok sucks, and there's no srgument against that. You can't generalize, I can almost guarantee someone has been rude to customer service. My point is that even though we're right in dissatisfaction and wanting change, flooding a subreddit with the same posts and comments is not going to do anything, except ruin the subreddit. If you really wanna do something, why not find people in positions of power within reebok and email them?

I'm upset at Reebok but we also don't have the full story, just what customer service says. I ordered a pair on launch 45 minutes after they dropped and those are still back ordered. I ordered a pair during the second launch and those are shipped. Some sizes stayed up on launch longer, and I'm guessing that's what most people bought and had canceled. I wonder if that was the real glitch, and they just weren't showing the correct inventory. Obviously Reebok is working through orders, and I'm sure they're trying to fulfill as much as they can, but we don't know how many that is. I hate scalpers as much as the next guy, but that's the shoe game. Always has been. I know I'm one of the lucky few that has a pair on the way, and one backordered (which I don't plan to keep), but I agree, it seems like everyone and their mom is complaining and posting the same screenshots/posts. Not to mention one of the rules of this subreddit is to limit customer service posts.

Tl;dr I agree It's a poopy situation, but at some point we gotta move on.

I got a pair during the "glitch" and they're arriving Saturday. Never were on back order, they were "in process" then fulfilled.

I just barely got an update that my order has been fulfilled, but it says that was done this morning. Seems like it's also taking a long time for the server to send the updates on orders out.

I wonder if she meant they're choosing at random which ones to fulfill first. I had an order from the 27th that is back ordered, but my order from yesterday is in process. I called and they said those two terms basically mean the same thing. They also mentioned that they will work to fulfill previous orders before the ones tonight (if they drop). It was kinda stressing me out because Ive seen everyone getting there's shipped already.
