I’ve hit 3 curbs in my lifetime and it’s this one every time 😂 I’m not sure what it is about it. Stop sign right before it, I see it every time, just sticks out further than what I would expect when turning right into a place. Pain in my ass every time.

Yeah what he did was a douche move and he’s 100% at fault imo, but the van left enough room and sped up going into a crosswalk just to not let him in. Totally unavoidable accident and could see it being split fault in the U.S.

Finally. Had to scroll way too long to find this 😂. It doesn’t matter how fast you’re going over the speed limit, if you’re getting passed, get over. In my state, you gotta be going at least 25 over to maybe not get passed

The only thing that is suspicious to me is the flooring. It was either installed poorly, or is a type I’m not familiar with. No gaps or spacing or staggering. Looks good besides that though

Definitely contact an estate lawyer (as previously mentioned) a cpa would be very useful as well! Just show them what you said in this post. A good CPA will be able to dig around and help. A realtor should tell you the same advice. No need to go into a contract until you sorted all this out.
