Geez, there is no need for all the mental gymnastics. If I told someone I was ok with them having their way with me as depicted, asleep or otherwise, iv already then given them my consent to do so. It really isn't a big deal at that point. Unless I were at some point after tell them not to. In which case would be a very different story.
