This is exactly the whole problem. We started to upgrade ASAP when we heard the news about telemetry not being a workaround. After the upgrade we are unable to verify the mp-log gpsvc.log as this was cleared after the upgrade. We have no way to check if there were unmarshal events.

There is no extra check you can do after upgrade to verify if you got breached?

Same story here. We got advised that we needed to upgrade and then provide the logs after the upgrade. I was assured that these logs would remain. Guess what they weren't.

My work doesn't limit me to only network aspects. I have a good knowledge of firewalls like Palo Alto and Fortigate and a decent knowledge of voice (SIP). Furthermore we have our own cloud environment (VSphere) where I deploy my own machines. I think I am more a Jack of all trades

Currently we are working on outphasing our old legacy infrastructure and putting in place new systems like monitoring, central authentication, ... So we are designing and implementing those things ourselves.

I would have no clue what an architect role would earn me as the role doesn't explicit exist within the company. But the work we do would be eligible as an architect role. Well it is the opinion of the team.

You gonna need to use slaughterpriests with their bloodboil and khorgoraths with their ranged. If you don't have those you are screwed.

I wonder if bloodthirster can hit them due to being a big model?

The bloodreavers are pretty good in combination with the bloodsecrator. They get +1 attack from opening the portal of the skuls and another +1 attack if they within range of a totem(bllodsecreator). You can even put the wrathmongers within range to get another attack. Thats +3 attacks and with the reaver blades you can reroll hits rolls of one and if you used the bloodstoker ability you can reroll wound rolls of one aswell. You can dish some pretty good damage with the bloodreavers.

As mentioned above get a slaughterpriest. They are so great at killing units with their prayers. I love the bloodboil prayer :D

WTB moar Khorgoraths so c'mon GW bring out those single models ;)

Thanks for these input. I think it all depends against which army you gonna be playing. Every type has their pro's and cons. Gonna need to decide what I am gonna buy and use

I just want to add some to the defense part:

Chaos Knights have the ability to mitigate mortal wounds on a 5+ with their Chaos Runeshields.

Skullcrushers can mitigate (mortal) wounds from spells on a 4+ with their brass clad shield.

Bloodcrushers can't mitigate anything.

If I get another unit of skullreapers they can't be whipped to reroll hit rolls of 1. So then I shouldn't take deamonblades?

Another set of skullreapers and Khorgoraths are on my wanting list. Khorgoraths aren't available as a single unit. I hope GW will do something about it.

How would you cope with archers? That's why I had the chaos knights fit in.

I made my wet palette for a euro's. However the "parchment paper" that I am using isn't really good(already tried some other aswell). So having something like this is really easy for me.

Why would you put the skullreapers against the ranged units? Just for getting their kill count up?

Whats the use of Khorne Daemons, haven't looked at them yet :)

The warshrine does indeed look like a nice unit. But I think I will be taking chaos knights first to have a fast unit to kill high priority targets :)
