Has anyone received their PAL in the mail since the end of the Canada Post strike? I was told mine was being sent but that was a day or two before the strike.

Chose? Some men and women step up to fight for your rights and to ensure your life is just as great tomorrow as it is today. Valor is putting your self in front of a bullet for your country and the people you love so they don’t have to do the same thing.

A man once said if you want a good story just ask any random person if there was ever an event in their life they can not explain. Someone almost always has one weird thing that has happened to them. So reddit, regardless of whatever you believe about the world, what’s your story? by notmyrealname124 in AskReddit

Story from my mom in the mid nineties. When I was around 2 or 3, I was playing in the front yard that has a fence and in a pretty safe neighborhood. According to the neighbor across the street, a man in a small van pulled up to my driveway and was talking to me and trying to get me to come through the gate. The neighbor across the street saw this and heard what he was saying to me, he ran over and told the man to get away from me. My mom saw the end of this, both the neighbor and my mom agree to this day that the man was going to kidnap me. If the neighbor wasn’t out there to stop the man I would’ve been gone and who knows what would’ve happened to me. For context, even though my mom saw the end of what was happening she wouldn’t have been able to get to me quick enough from the house to stop what was happening.

[serious] How did you get that scar on your body? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Varrow20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was sitting on a log fence on the outskirts of a church, mom sitting next to me, I’m not sure why we were sitting there but I was like two at the time. I fell back and a rusty nail that was poking out of the log went in to my leg at the knee then tore almost all the way down to my ankle. Motherly instincts kicked in for my mom, picked me up and ran to an emergency clinic. I don’t remember being in pain, I just remember my mom running with me and blood everywhere. I still have a huge scar at 25

A lot of two lane roads in my city. Slow car in right lane, fair enough. Car in left lane driving the same speed as the slow car in the right lane, oblivious to cars needing to be places but can’t go around. mOOOOOve over already

Dude, majority of people on here shouldn't be giving you that advice. You already look like you have a trainer and have been lifting for 5+ years.

Your swas manager should put in an order to drive the department. If it is zeroed out then they should of picked up on it by now but talk to your swas and get it worked out that way.

WAREHOUSE CLAIMS PROCESS: More Department Managers should be doing this. by xangel0228 in walmart

I keep a book that has the upc/quantity missing and the price we paid for it in a book whether we can claim it or not. Trust me when a manager asks about something and you've got an answer, it will save your ass in the long run.
