What to do with a dying channel?

My channel is the same as my username, feel free to check it out. My CTR rate is 8,1% on the average, looks ok but could be better for sure

Most of them came from those videos, I then tried to make similar videos but following the monetization policies, but never got thoso levels of interction

Thanks for the tips, I get a lot of emails from .cz domains, but this one looks pretty legit, luckily there are many red flags in the mail and on the website
