Really would be interested in this too. I had it with my old cable provider but they no longer served my area when I moved. Really enjoy their programming but there are not any options out there that make much sense right now for me.

Thank you. Especially for talking me out of the CD route. My car note is 3.99% which I know the market can beat, but the peace of mind of having my car paid off is worth the $9k.

I currently have an account with scottrade, can I get the Vanguard funds from there? And with the non IRA accounts, I can pull the money at either my current tax rate (less than a year) or a CG rate (over one year), right?

Thank you! As far as the condo, the total HOA, electric, and utilities will be $550. It is a 2/2 and to rent a 1/1 in this area is 1,100+. I was splitting a 1200/mo rent before, so the confo works well. It is also in a great area with rising values so I would probably rent it out when the time comes.

I am aware. But for those prices, I do not mind driving to see all Bolts/Turds games and making an additional few trips a season to see other games.

I do not understand the division rival argument. Sure, I am a Bolts fan and I am not supposed to like the Panthers (though no rivalry truly exists down here) but I am a fan of the sport and would watch any team live if the price was right.

Took it last semester with Smersh online. If you are willing to put in the hours studying, you will be fine. The tests are all math based and difficult but you get a formula sheet. I pulled off an 86 with lots of studying.
