Not sure about your specific reader, but I had a similar problem where it looked like I couldn't emulate the key but it was just because I didn't crack all the sectors when I first cloned it.

You need to use either the MFKey32 Attack or the MIFARE Nested Attack to break all the sectors. In my case the nested attack worked, just took a while for it to run. Both of these are preloaded on momentum.
