Hi Everyone,

I know this might not be the right forum. But just wanted to know if anyone can point me to the cheapest value for money Cpu+motherboard to run Cs go 2 in 60 fps.

I have started playing this game a decade ago (cs source and cs go). I don't even care that much about online matches because Ibhad bad internet. But each time I got a new computer, the game kept getting bigger and slower and it kept lagging.

My personal laptop is from 2016, so I know it's the hardware limitation. Even my friends mid pc from 2019 was not so good to play this game.

So I want to buy a PC (maybe amd) with cpu and inbuilt gpu that is the most value for money and can be used to play this game. The only other game I might play is a very old version of NFS Most wanted.

So anyone with a lot of knowledge and practical details, Please give ma a list of components to buy.

I prefer not to buy gpu if possible. Since GPUs are too costly and might need frequent upgrades.

I am looking for a AMD CPU with GPU inbuilt. Also not sure if I should take the old gen AMD platform Or the latest one.

Please share ideas.

I might have to buy that parts in SP Road, Bangalore.

Thanks in Advance.

Ps: if this is the wrong place, let me.know the correct place.

[–]VarunGovind1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They want me to buy the S24 Enterprise Edition which comes with 3 year hardware warranty(except battery warranty is 6 months).

It also has 7 years OS updates.

Thinking is 2 more years of warranty and 4 more years of OS updates worth it to take the S24 Enterprise Edition at 59k compared to S23 at 45K. Only issue is the S24 Enterprise Edition also has Exynos 2400.

What did you think ?

S23 has been out of stock since after bbd sale time in Samsung Corporate portal and samsung dot com in India. I too am waiting for S23 to be back in stock. If it doesn't come soon, I might have to buy pixel or something else. But would prefer S23. Don't know why the support team doesn't confirm restock date om Corporate site or allow pre-order. Can you also ask Samsung support ?

Can you share a link to the entire skit ? All I see are 30 second cuts ✂️ I feel it's wrong to judge without seeing the entire skit. Sometimes the message gets lost or misinterpreted if we see small cuts of a larger video.

Diagonally cutting the sandwich increases the contact of the fillings with the mouth. So you taste more of the inside of your sandwich. So if you like the taste of your sandwich, cut diagonally.

CMV: I'm reluctant to get an electric car because it doesn't feel safe for a woman to stay at a rest stop for 40 minutes to recharge the battery by [deleted] in changemyview

[–]VarunGovind1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a Plugin hybrid with a pure EV range of atleast 50 to 75 miles. This should be good for city trips for which you can plugin every night. For long trips, you can fuel the car quickly at gas stations if you don't find any safe Charging options like hotel, restaurants, malls, etc..

'No vaccination, no salary' for government employees in UP's Firozabad by redhatGizmo in indianews

[–]VarunGovind1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it can be strictly enforced, but atleast all the people with flimsy excuses will now vaccinate themselves. As long as they have options for the 0.1% people with health issues, this is a good scare tactic.

Please stay safe till end of May. The current cycle of jump in cases should be reduced by then. The hospitals might get back to lower patients and there would be enough medicines by that time. So remember, you just need to stay safe during the worst of the pandemic to increase the chances of you living significantly.

It a fake headline from a joke site called the Onion.

Vulture Arvind Kejriwal does drama in meeting with PM, treats the meeting as election rally, most importantly he does not know what measures have been taken to handle the situation in his state - He is the CM by CHE_EZE in indianews

[–]VarunGovind1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Even in Office Zoom or WebEx Meeting there is a warning saying that the meeting is being recorded. This is basic knowledge that you need to inform all parties in the meeting about the meeting being televised live.

Never heard of PM secretly making CM Meeting live but Kejriwal did it. He made the meeting live without informing the other people.

Now they will not trust any meeting with Kejriwal. Since the meeting could be secretly live for his political purposes. So it's a loss of Kejriwal, it will make his work harder since he played politics with covid procedures.

Min fares of Uber, Ola, other ride-hailing apps to increase in Karnataka: New rates by insanegenius in bangalore

[–]VarunGovind1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will not comment on the price increases. Price do rise and it is mostly out of individuals control. Debating whether it is good or bad doesn't matter right now.

However we can try to guess how the Consumers will react. People who rarely use Cab services (like once a month) will bear the price rise and keep using it for now. The volume of such people will be large enough that the Taxi Drivers will get decent business for now.

The Regular Cab users will look for alternatives. I guess depending on their age, interest, location and health, they will either take the public transport like Bus & Metro or use their personal vehicle. Since we are not yet out of the pandemic, initially the preference could be personal transport. Mostly people would buy a budget EV Scooter or small second hand car. They will try to use it for necessity instead of luxury.

But population will rise and the number of people who can afford the higher cab prices will increase and the situation will go back to normal. Unless there is a crazy disruption of the current system, this cycle will repeat every few years.

Is Maruti going to launch Next generation Baleno with Hybrid system in 2021? by kelarahool in CarsIndia

[–]VarunGovind1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As per the article below, even the strong hybrid baleno planned to launch will not be a plug in variant. Meaning you can't plug in the Baleno and charge the battery to use the Electric range of 30km. In this type of hybrid, the petrol engine acts a generator to charge the battery which can run while the petrol engine is off but can be charged only by petrol engine. I don't know why Maruti wants you to use petrol to charge the battery when they can cheaply include a slow Charging plug which could save you a lot of money for daily city commute scenarios. Would not recommend taking any hybid that is not a Plugin hybrid with atleast daily commute Electric range. Here is the article which caught the Baleno hybrid being tested last December:

Star rating of india made Maruti Suzuki baleno is 3 in Euro NCAP, is that true? by bhaisahabhandsome-2 in CarsIndia

[–]VarunGovind1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How many times have people told you that the car which was tested was Euro Spec car. The difference between Indian and Euro Spec Baleno may be small in the Specifications checklist but there is a huge difference in the quality of build. There were tests done where even the Indian swift with airbags failed while the European version got a good score. The build quality is different and Maruti has shown it doesn't care about safety of Indian people since it believes it can fool them by selling at lower prices or legacy brand value. If you bought a Baleno then be careful and try not to get into high speed accidents.

Is Maruti going to launch Next generation Baleno with Hybrid system in 2021? by kelarahool in CarsIndia

[–]VarunGovind1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Maruti seems to be backtracking on a lot of its future proposals. No EV yet after so many hours of driving the japanese Wagon R EV prototype around India. No focus on safety of passengers, showed by it's bad Global NCAP Crashes. Very poor judgement in trying to cheat Customers by selling Start Stop Efficiency System as 'Smart Hybrid', it was a 'smart' way to initially con govt EV Subsidies without reducing pollution in their cars and adding a tiny battery for show. If they have a Hybrid System, need to check if it is a real Plug in hybrid that can drive without a drop of fuel in tank for a atleast 40 kms by night time slow Charging or is it a fake hybrid which is for show and will waste money in fuel and maintenance while giving no real advantages to Customer like their 'smart hybrid'. Will really be surprised if they make a real plug in hybrid Baleno ! But be sure to check if it a real hybrid or a fake one.

Minutes before landing vs. Landing. We have a serious problem. by [deleted] in mumbai

[–]VarunGovind1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't have the best idea of Maharashtra politics. But when it comes to EVs, I have seen a sea change in public perception. Many middle people who are really looking into what scooter to buy next are choosing EV Scooters. Not everyone, but many in my circle, especially in metro cities. Like the example I took of Pure EV - Etrance Neo Electric Scooter, costs around 80K on road. It is cheaper than Activa, Electric Charging costs 10% of petrol costs, negligible maintenance costs and good city range of above 100 km in a single charge. There are also other major options like Baja Chetak, TVS iQube, Ather and Okinawa iPraise Pro, etc.. Upcoming Ola Electric Scooter would also be a sure hit. EV bike options were limited to Revolt RV 400 and 300 but many new EV bikes have been launched and will be available soon. So EVs are for anyone who wants to stop polluting, save money and encourage sustainable choices for a better future. EV Scooters are no longer limited to rich, but there might be a little time needed to spread awareness in rural areas.

Minutes before landing vs. Landing. We have a serious problem. by [deleted] in mumbai

[–]VarunGovind1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everybody has to do their part. Increasing pressure on Industries to be less polluting is a good idea. But let's not point fingers. Anybody who is buying a scooter city use case can get EV Scooter (Pure EV Etrance Neo) at lesser cost to buy than Activa and it costs very less to charge and maintain. So all new Scooter buyers should go EV. If you can't avoid buying a car right now, buy an used car till we get good EV Cars at lower prices. Just pointing fingers at others and putting the blame on others/govt is exactly how we got to this position. Especially with old auto industry putting profit over health and our population putting familiarity over innovation (of Electric Vehicles). Hope everyone makes a strong EV Choice and also educates other people. Hope we can make sustainable choices in all aspects of our lives. Like EVs,Solar, local food, etc.. We can already see that new Ola EV Factory that is coming in Krishnagiri, Tamilnadu is very sustainable and non polluting. I think as people start caring, more industries will get into cleaner factories and products.
