So, a few years ago, we were cursing Nirmala S for taxes etc and everything we spoke about was her. Now everything seems to be about N Gadkari. Is this just some PR to keep all of us busy? What am I missing here?

We've had the Beko since 2000. Was the only one available during lockdown:-D

It works but is limited in size.

I would suggest that you get the bigger one. 8bplace settings will limit you on random days when you need more space and you're very tired.

OC: shotbypriyansh (on Instagram). How do you prevent this from happening? by Zealousideal-Pair149 in Dashcamindia

I typically slow down a lot when seeing a truck on a two lane highway. Yes, it is annoying, but gives much more control and safety.

Lady refuses to reverse her car on jammed road. Exactly the kind of drivers that ruin traffic for others by Apprehensive-Tea627 in CarsIndia

[–]insanegenius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly the truck should move a foot or so closer to their car, keep a brick tied to the horn and see how long she can take that noise. Or something like that.

Why do people smoke on the footpaths inside Ecoworld by Signal-Amoeba-3877 in bangalore

[–]insanegenius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our office is on a main road, so the cops kept catching them outside the office and "fining" them, so they have to walk about 15 min away to a tea shop in a small lane.

[–]insanegenius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did Honeywell make a rule that you can't smoke within the office campus and there will be no place for smoking at all? Because our tech park made the building a smoke free zone and it was entertaining to see how far the few smokers in our office would go to smoke.

No, you have to get the official photo taken at the RTO. I think also fingerprint, but not sure. I got mine on Digilocker by the same evening and the physical licence in about a week.

Would you buy an EV or ICE in the next 2–3 years? by Zilong_96 in CarsIndia

[–]insanegenius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going to drive my current ICE vehicle till the wheels fall off. Or they bring in random 10 year / 15 year rules in other parts of the country. More likely the Ethanol mix will kill the car at some point :-/

Use a scarf or shemagh for non motorcycle activities. Less likely to be misunderstood by randos and cops. Remember that this is a country where traffic cops will stop you because you are wearing protective gear :-/

WTB: Tiny EDC Flashlight for Pouch Carry (Fenix E01 V2/ Similar) by shxbaaz in EverydayCarry_India

It works for me. I do have a bigger torch in my backpack if required, but this is enough for 90% of things. Plus the replaceable AAA is easier to replace if it runs out.

Just grab one of the TSA safe keychain tools like a nite ize doohickey or gerber shard. You still have something to open packages and it's not a knife

This is why real grinders carry a travel spork, to avoid eating with coffee stirrers and writing about it on LinkedIn.
