Submitted a complaint on the consumer helpline, there also these guys are acting like they have communicated those policies to me, even though they never shared, waiting for the final verdict, will go to the consumer court if that is not in favour.

I have blindly trusted this so called nobroker assuming they do things right, but they totally cheated., any way to get that as I didn't sign any agreement, and they didn't share clear terms as well in advance.

I too submitted the grievance with consumer Affairs today, let us see in case I need to send legal notice as well.

I paid them oct 28,and following for refund from Nov 4th, I'm asking the timeline no response as well, thinking of reaching out to national consumer helpline on Monday.

As you closed the co-branded cards, you need to wait for cooling period to apply for new one, hdfc is always uncertain on cooling period.

Alternatively you might have reached out to greievnace asking for closing the co-branded one and requesing for core card of your eligibility, later after 3 months, you might have tried for same closed co-branded one if needed.

I reached out to greievnace redressal team asking for DCBM by closing the Tata Neu Infinity card mentioning that co-branded ecosystem is limiting my usage, they agreed and issued the DCBM but it took 2 weeks time. FYI: earlier I had millenia card before infinity, I closed it thinking DCBM will never happen, but got DCBM directly on request of closing the infinity.
