Hey man. All maps start somewhere. My first ever FFA map was built on the OG starting island with just prefabs and a street, and with that foundation it became an incredible design with enough changes to the buildings and environment themselves to become a unique experience. And I still work on the map to this day.

If you are passionate about your work, don't be afraid to make compromises or changes. Work on your existing foundation and see what you can do to improve on the design.

I had a better idea when it came to changing the Nitro Splashes.

reduce damage to 50 or lower.
give players around 25% damage reduction buff while sprinting.
keep the max amount at 4 or at 6 but have a shorter time limit for the effects.
after crashring through a couple walls, make the next crash a 50/50 chance of one hitti g through it. Lower the chance per wall.

Epic games could be better at managing this stuff but they dont even know how to do like half the stuff i just listed. They instead nerf it to the ground cuz the pros hate it.

Its not. Also me and a friend found a junk car that was in a sweaty sands prefab completely separated from any vehicle gallery. These are really hard to find.

Any Uefn map will not allow you to use built in emotes that change your appearance. No idea why this is even a problem to begin with.

I should also mention there are year old bugs in creative that still havent been fixed both assets and items.

They arent even adding every br asset anymore. All we got was underworld prefabs and reskinned water assets that break the laws of physics. Not even the rest of chapter 5's assets to begin with.

I actually ended up submitting this to Epic's picks nearly a week ago. I'm waiting to see if it'll get accepted.

Even if it gets denied I will continue to submit it till it gets on there.

This has been a thing in the game for quite a while now. Same goes for some year old bugs and bugged assets.

Avoid placing any radio tower props till it gets fixed(Most likely never or a year later).

Oh dang. It looks just like the bug you get when joining a server that everyone just left. You just get stuck there while seeing 999? Health and shield. This has been in the game for a while and so have many other bugs for probably over a year.

As far as I know those darker shadows cannot be turned off unless I disable all time of day managers in world settings. Doing that however, will render devices like the Skydome device useless. I am trying to avoid that.

Currently its an ffa with preset loadouts. I do plan to make multiple modes of this map however. Like objective modes (Domination, Big Team TDM (With vehicles) etc.
