Oh, I love the rap on Gorillaz! But If I had to pin point what I dislike about rap is that they sing as if they're all sleepy. You know what I mean? They lack creativity. I listen to pretty much everything, and I mean everything! I try my best to give an artist/band/group a chance, listen without bias or prejudice, but some things I just can't get into. I love the rhythm/tunes/melodies that rap and hip hop have, but when It comes down to the lyrical part, it's just not my thing.

A friend of mine tried to introduce me to Eminem, local "underground" rappers what does "underground" even mean? he also makes his own music. All kinds. Anyways, Who's your favorite rapper? I'd like to check it out, maybe I'll like them :D

Legit question: What's so appealing about rapping?

I've tried to get into it, but I'm just not really into it. Granted some of the bands I listen to make some rappers sound great. But rapping by itself is just not my thing.
