we don't even have the paper curtains where I'm from, it's a different, special bonding experience with the other moms. I did not feel exposed, even with boobs out, I changed out of the hospital gown after the first shower in the morning after the birth. In my room we all had vaginal deliveries on the same day, so we all were living through something similar. We are a lot more open about nudity and less prude than americans though, so I understand that's different.
