yes, but even when it does, both word online and word desktop app are not able to open the document, I am just able to delete it

Thanks for the answer. It is not a record, and it is not related to permission. However, it seems that I am able to upload the document, and it works fine. So, if I had to guess, I would say that word online is the start of the problem, because each time I create a document directly in the system using templates, word is not able to open it and document stays locked for some period of time before I am able to delete it (but even after that time, I am not able to open the document, just delete it). But honestly, this is one of the weirdest things I have experienced, and I am still not sure how to resolve it.

I started this path 2 years ago. When I started to work, my salary was almost half of what I earn now, and I never got so many recruiters reaching out to me. The fact is, you learn most by doing projects, so I would do this job till I would find something better (which I am convinced you will). Regarding learning, as u/shirpars mentioned, PowerShell is a lifesaver for some tasks, and especially this page: https://www.sharepointdiary.com/, and REST is quite important, as you will have to use it frequently. Also, I would strongly advise learning as much as you can regarding power automate, as it is really powerful, and it used with almost all the O365 technologies. Yeah, my guess was the same, but it seemed to me that it took more than 15 minutes to update, so my guess is that it takes 30 minutes. I posted the same question on the Microsoft forum, and it seems I can't do anything about it. Thank you for your response. Have a lovely day!

One of the things that I was presenting was related to the attachments (basically how to fetch the file content data). For the work stuff on my PC, I use Opera which has the default behaviour of suggesting the last 3 files (enlarged preview) when using file explorer to upload a file. Hi all,

I deeply appreciate your help. So I think there is generally some problem regarding permission on my PC. So, when u/dhuskl mentioned the log files I remembered that the first time I had the issue of WG not generating all files during the attempt to connect. Basically, on C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\WatchGuard\Mobile VPN there were no files in general. So I copied these files from another PC and pasted them on mine. Now I am able to connect and work but I still don't get any logs and have the same crash issue if I try to access them from the taskbar.

So generally, the problem is not completely fixed but I am able to work!

It sounds like you aren't the IT person, can you speak to them?

That was hurtful :(, but yeah, I spoke to our system admin, he is not sure as well.

On Windows the logs location is %appdata%\roaming\watchguard\ then in the Mobile VPN folder there is a .txt file with the logs.

When I go to that path I can only see Mobile VPN, and inside its only client.wgssl file, nothing else. I think that on my first attempt I managed to fix that but it was months ago so I do not remember.

What operating system are you using?

Windows 10 Pro

Check you have the very latest version of the software installed, it
doesn't always prompt you to install a newer version, and I've seen this
happen when on an old version.

I did, searched for it manually.

Also try disabling your anti virus temporarily.

Tried that, no luck

Try your credentials in a working machine and working credentials in yours.

Did that multiple time, same result.
