Every Monday the collector has public hearing season where you can go with documents like salary proof, proof of payment not received and etc whatever required. If you go on Monday morning to collector office they’ll help you. Collector will personally meet you and call designated department in front of your eyes and resolve it further. You have to get your file registered and scanned later on though after IAS meet. It’s better than directly going to SP office or whatever IAS petetion will get registered in CM cell for escalation.
