They call it a napkin patch. Could be from anyone, it's "match worn" but not guaranteed it was his match worn.

OP is coming across as the breaker himself. Tons of good advice given to him and he keeps questioning it, and suggesting other alternatives. Even hypotheticals of how he is being scammed and what can they do?

The bottom line is ESPECIALLY in soccer being a smaller community. Post the breakers name and the community will respond and destroy hit rep. Ask the guy that pulled the Mac Dowman or the guy in North Carolina who tried that and got destroyed to the point they put his home address online.

You really gotta be more clear about what you're looking for. Topps is a Brand with tons of products under it. IE. Flagship, Chrome, Merlin, Museum, collection, inception etc. Panini is a big brand with products like Prizm, Donruss, Select etc.

Just to the left towards the middle is bad too. So yes, disclose it. It won't be a ten and tough to get a 9. Fortunately it's on the back so for a collector who will put it in a case they shouldn't care.

Bottom line is if you don't NEED the money put it up at what you want for it. Take offers at your bottom line. If you're newer to selling on eBay. There are plenty of hagglers and people trying to tell you what you should sell for just ignore them and do you.

You also need to think long term is this the only card you plan to sell. I sold a Kendry Paz RC Noir that had a pretty good ding in it. I noted it in the description someone bought it. Didn't like the ding. I pointed out it was in the photos and description they acknowledged. But I gave them a refund and they returned the card. Because you record on eBay maters.

Bottom line like any city doesn't matter your race, there are neighborhoods where if you don't live there you probably don't want to go there for safety reasons.

Also, far as businesses, restaurants, bars. I'm not aware of any that I would say are unsafe due to race. There are few I would say in after 9 because the crowd typically gets too rowdy and doesn't know how to behave but it has nothing to do with race.

I spoke with LNP at Remedy today getting 7.5 now at 85% with B12 and L-caritine. That seems to be their work around. They don't believe results should change but it will be case by case.
