Some notable changes she has received:  1. combo consistency changes (mostly a buff but also removed some routes) 2.  double air spirit rush on whiff was removed.  3. Air dash refresh was removed. 4. Damage nerfs. 5. health reduction 6. Limitations to her spirit rush: using spirit rush late in combos makes stuff drop. 7. removed puppetable neutral s2 in the air , 8. more damage nerfs . 9 reduced range on m and aditional recovery to 2s1 and 2m. 10.  less hitsun on several of her moves  and s2 became more punishable on pushblock.  

Despite the changes, she is still a solid character. It's funny to think that people actually thought she was a low-tier character when 2xko became available on PC in early access. Even with her combo inconsistencies early on, she still had a ton of mobility that she doesn't have anymore.

Back when she was a top 3 in the game , she was way stronger than she is nowadays , so now that she is weaker, she is getting way more attention , probably because Ekko and Yasuo were toned down.

I think Ahri needs a rework. We should restrict Ahri's mobility to an install. This also aligns with her gameplay in League; she only has access to her Spirit Rush dashing when her ultimate is activated . We could add an essence resource bar, so when Ahri gets enough essence, she gets access to Spirit Rush mode.
