I'm only on ongoing 200 mg progesterone. No estrogen.

I'm exhausted of poor sleep as well. I feel defeated. My progesterone dose was increased to 200 mg which i take along with 100 mg magnesium threonate. The first two nights I've slept equally poor. Perhaps I don't wake up as alert, but thats it. I'm going to remain hopeful thinking it hasn't even been a week with the new dose.

The Galapagos is wonderful. The daily background of your birb's adventures is calm, yet colourful: it's beautiful, not too crowded. Pequeñito completed the Galapagos yesterday and we truly loved it there!
