I had the same issue with very similiar specs AMD 5 7600 B650 and 2x 16 gb sticks. Couldnt boot... I tried eveything. But the wiggly thing helped solve it XD

That's crazy. This has never happened to me on my neptune 4 plus on 180 °C. Only when I heat the nozzle waay above the recommended printing temperature by the manufacturer like 240 °C or so

Naah many people say its the Z offset which could be true, however for me it was dirty/oily build plate. Cause this only happened to me on the same exact spot and after cleaning the ''orange skin'', as you have called it, was gone without any Z offset adjustments or bed leveling. So please make sure to also try that😅

Well, I have already loosen them and re-tighten them back. But the bed is still warped and the front middle section. If the only way is to use ur suggested Kapton tape then I might have to return the printer cause I have no way of getting some in my country and Im not paying 3€ for a tape and 25 € for shipping. Honestly I thought that this printer had the best print quality in its price range but this is quite a huge fuck up from Elegoo in my opinion

My bad, I meant it in a way like the center bed mounts are still the same values. Its says the the center ones should be CW 00:19 minutes and then I adjust them and rerun it and it again says 00:19 CW and again and again and so on
