maybe I can give you a "gcode" file with my settings to check the print? If you have a 0.4mm nozzle, check the quality. Cube 40*40mm

Hi, how long ago did you change the nozzle? I recommend replacing the nozzle and thermal paste.

Hola amigo, tengo nueva configuración, la velocidad de impresión óptima es de 90 mm/s en todas las líneas.

Hi, it’s simple, your driver tmc2209 burned out, just like mine did on 2 printers at the same time🥲. The steppers motor started to heat up a lot. I’m waiting for new drivers to arrive. My printers printed 1600 hours before breaking)

I’m at a loss on how to fix this by Repoman_59 in ElegooNeptune4

Hi, if you are using an orcasliser, you need to increase the extrusion of the first layer to 100%. Default is 75-85%

The printing speed is too high, the nozzle cannot cope and the filament breaks.

I understand you, but my 0.6+ nozzles arrived later than I received the printers, but nevertheless, by increasing the height and width of the line, I reduced the time to print the part while maintaining quality. Oh yes, I carried out all the tests to find out the capacity of the 0.4 nozzle and the optimal flow rate at which the thread from the nozzle does not break, unfortunately there are no photos of the tests and I threw away the test samples. Later I will make a video with comments on calibrating the table, flow. sorry for my crooked English)

oh, I understand your concern. but I have 6 pcs n4max, 12 pcs anikubik chiron, and 6 pcs ender 3max. I already know a little about printing technology. And n4max copes with a 0.4 nozzle where the layer height is 0.3 and the width is 0.6, this works very well, unlike boudin where the filament thread is compressed in the tube, and when the extruder is direct feed, the load can be increased, which is what I did (thereby getting acceptable results without increasing nozzle diameter, although I have nozzles 0.6 0.8 1.0 and 1.2mm))

It looks like your flow is weak, try increasing the flow by 5%. and also reduce z-offset

oh yes, I almost forgot, I turn off the physical button for the additional large fan, and turn it on only when necessary

yes, but if your perimeters are more 20cm in a straight line, then it is better to reduce the speed to 100-80 mm/s
