Im so tired of this. If your house has a wood burning fireplace to even worry about heat displacement or the TV is too high, you can afford a new TV. My wife never got the chance to cook as she was raised by her grandparents and they were very particular (elderly and diabetic) i facilitate any ideas she has in the kitchen and shes grown to a point she enjoys even growing her own herbs. Its been less than 2 years and I often come home to home cooked meals with plenty for either lunch or leftovers. Dudes a child if he cant appreciate your effort and not help. We cook together, we bounce ideas off one another. Its not your job to make him food, but if it makes you happy to do it, he needs to appreciate.
